A delicious twist on our Peppered Mackerel Fillets only here we take our plump and juicy Mackerel fillets which have been gently brined. add a generous sprinkle of chilli and hot smoked over oak.

Just hot enough to add an edge and enhance the gentle oak smoking of the mackerel.
