Our own Taramasalata made from Atlantic cods' roe, dry brined overnight, then cold smoked over oak for 14hrs. Blended to our own recipe.

Ingredients: Cod Roe, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, salt, Smoke.

Keep refrigerated, Store below 3 ℃.
